Senior Portrait Sessions
Quick Session
Our quick sessions are scheaduled 100% at our studio and can be in studio or outside on our 11 acre farm. This session is 20 minutes of time so we allow a maximum of one outfit change. All ordering for our quick sessions are done online only and we give a 10% discount to order in one week. Minimum order for quick sessions is $60.00. Our packages for quick sessions are priced better for smaller packages.
Deluxe Sessions
Generally our deluxe sessions are taken all outside on location and distance from studio is up to a 30 minute drive. Includes multiple outfit changes and locations. Total session time is up to four hours. $50 session fee and a $300.00 minimum order. Deluxe sessions are for the family that wants to order lots of poses and prints. If you need a single pose with a few prints than our quick session would be a better choice. With the deluxe session you can order online or in person at our studio.
Where can we have our portraits taken?
Because of the limited time all of our quick sessions are done at our studio / land farm. We have a full indoor studio and 10 plus acres of outdoor photo locations that we have designed for high school senior portraits. Deluxe sessions can also take place at our studio or at a location of your desire. We can do deluxe senior sessions in Syracuse, Geneva, Auburn, Skaneatelas and the Fingerlakes region.
Do you offer customization?
Quick sessions are ordered 100% online and the packages are set in stone – you have to order how the package is set up and they are not customizable.
Deluxe sessions can be ordered online or can be customized at our studio. If you order online you get a 15% discount, yet we are unable to customize anything you do online. Deluxe sessions can be customized in two ways: 1st) 8x10’s can be traded for two 5x7’s and vise versa. 2nd) You can upgrade your print collection to have enhanced finishing to include a lacquer finish and print mounting (for an extra fee).
Are Packages Flexible?
Our session packages can be split into as many poses as the packages will allow. For example, if a package includes 6 – 5x7’s and 3 – 8x10’s then your package can be split amongst nine different poses. If you order 24 die cut wallets – they can be split into three different poses. This custom functionality of our packages is already built into our pricing structure. If you need a large package with just one image you can do that also.
What About Digital Files?
You can add digital files to any package as a very inexpensive option. We have it set up if you order the digital add on to a package – you will receive all of the digital files that you have added to that package for you order. The digital file add on ranges from $20 to $40 dollars – not hundreds like most studios are charging.
Is there a minimum order amount?
Quick sessions have a minimum order of $60.00 and deluxe sessions have a minimum order of $300.00. The price difference is due to our extra time commitment in the creation and photographic process.
Do we get a yearbook image?
Our studio does not supply your school with a yearbook image, that is your responsibility. You will have to order the digital add on package and deliver the file to your school yourself.
Do I have to use the school photographer for my yearbook photo?
In New York state you may choose any photographer to do your high school yearbook photo as long as the photographer can adhere to the reasonable guidelines set by the school.
